Nihari Recipe
Nihari is a South Asian dish which people like to cook on the EID-UL-ADHA. Usually it’s made by the lamb or beef on a slow flame and garnish with the ginger and coriander leaves. One can also garnish it wish lemon and green chilies. It has been served with Naan and chapatti. Now I’m going to share Nihari recipe in Urdu & Hindi.
