Restrict habit of removing creams as the chemicals darken skin. When you do use a hair removing cream, must wash your underarm thoroughly with warm water. Try a mudpack made with fuller’s earth as this will soak up all the chemicals and leave the area clean and dry.

Some Simple Home Medications:

1. Take lemon juice and baking soda and mix it well then apply this paste, leave it till it dries and wash. Dry through warm water.

2.. Rub the underarm part with a slice of potato. Potato juice can also be used for good results as it can bleach skin.

3. To 1 tablespoon of sandalwood powder add sufficient amount of rose water to make a paste. Apply this and leave it for 15 to 20 minutes. Wash and dry through warm water.

4. Prepare a scrub with 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon honey and 1 teaspoon of powdered walnuts or peanuts. Apply and leave it for 20 minutes. Honey sustains the skin, while lime acts as a bleaching agent and nuts deliver essential nutrients and oils.

5. Mash 1 mature banana and mix the pulp with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, a pinch of turmeric powder and put on, leave for 20 minutes. Wash off and dry thoroughly.

6. Attempt to use an anti-fungal powder or alum powder as a replacement for deodorant.

Practice any of the tips that suit you best. As there is no airing, the underarm area requires some care before you wear your sleeveless and topless outfits. The key to having fair underarms is Skin Care.
