Pathani Gosht by Zarnak Sidhwa
It’s a very famous recipe that belongs to NWFP states of Pakistan and Zarnak Sidhwa cooked it beautifully with Gosht on Masala TV. You can cook it with beef or mutton as per your taste and garnish it with lemon and coriander leaves and serve with Naan and Chapatti.
