Demigras Pasta by Chef Gulzar
Ingredients:
- Boiled pasta: 1/2 packet
- Boiled chicken: 200 gm
- Tomato: 1
- Onion: 1
- Spring onions: 2-3 sticks
- Cabbage: 100 gm
- Capsicum: 1
- Garlic chopped: 2 tbsp
- Black pepper: 1 tsp
- Lemon juice: 2-3 tbsp
- Demigras sauce as required
- Green chilies: 3-4
- Oil: 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Boil water in pot, put pasta with 2 tbsp oil and boil for 10-12 minutes.
- Then take it out and put in cold water.
- When temperature will be normal, take it out and keep it aside.
- Now give temperature to oil in pan and fry garlic chopped.
- Then add onion and fry for 2-3 hours.
- Now add sauce and black pepper, mix it nicely and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add pasta, tomato, spring onions, cabbage, capsicum and green chilies and fry on high flame.
- In end, add lemon juice and boiled chicken and take out in dish.
